I applaud your bravery in taking the first big step towards a happier and healthier version of yourself. I understand that the healing process is never a straight line. Some days look and feel great, while other days seem impossible to get through. My goal isn’t to provide you the “perfect” life, instead I wish to assist you in garnering the tools necessary to approach difficulties and challenges in a healthy and productive way. My clinical training is focused on struggles with ADHD, trauma related to Intimate Partner Violence and Intergenerational Trauma. I offer a collaborative approach with each client to ensure your unique needs are being met. Starting therapy could feel uncomfortable and a little scary. I assure you that I am both willing and dedicated to providing a safe environment to heal past and present trauma to begin living the life you want.
