I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Specialist, EMDR trained, certified Animal Assisted Therapist, and hold a certificate from Post-Partum Support International in Perinatal Mood Disorders. But, what is most important to me is supporting you in finding YOUR worth and confidence to help manage whatever life has in store for you. Together, we will guide you towards being the best version of yourself while providing a nonjudgmental space and unconditional positive regard for you. By using evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, trauma-informed interventions, EMDR, and your inner strength, you will learn to thrive, not just survive. Therapists: We need support, too! I have availability for group and individual supervision toward licensure, clinical consultation, and wellness support. Considering the extra-heavy load we have been carrying for the last year, it’s more important than ever that we also take time for ourselves.
