Hello, I'm Natalie.
Do you ever feel lost or without a purpose? Do you struggle to be yourself and live without shame? I help people find the courage to be their most authentic selves and accept life on life's terms. Together, we will work toward a greater understanding of yourself by uncovering your values, what drives you, and your goals for the future. I will empower and support you to take steps toward achieving those goals at your own pace.
Therapy can be an intimidating process, but I go above and beyond to make it a comfortable and trusting space. I will meet you where you are on your journey and serve as a helpful co-pilot, using evidence-based approaches to guide the way.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. I am honored to be considered as your therapist and will always meet you with compassion and honesty during our sessions. Let's begin our path of healing together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect to practice greater introspection, and to have a topic or homework assignment to work on between our appointments. I will encourage you to dig deep into your emotions and assist you in holding space for them in our sessions. I believe that avoidance tends to prolong our suffering, so this means that I will help you in directly tackling your concerns during our time together. I will let you lead the way and bring whatever is most pressing to discuss during our sessions.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
