“I really feel understood and heard by Natalie. She meets me where I am at, allows me to feel every emotion and then works through that to give solutions and plans to improve my anxiety and stress levels. The first therapist to actually give me tools to use and plans to implement. I am grateful for the work we are doing!”

Getting to know Natalie Gallo

Hi, I'm Natalie! I have found the therapeutic space to be necessary for healing different parts of ourselves and learning how to cope with and improve mental health challenges. I strongly believe entering a space dedicated to your healing will bring a better life experience with a deeper connection to yourself and those around you. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco. This education has deepened my understanding of mental health and equipped me to support clients effectively. This therapeutic space allows us to show up exactly as we are. We will work through difficult emotions, thoughts, and beliefs about ourselves in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I understand the challenges that come with mental health issues and life in general. My focus is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to heal and grow. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I work with individuals to address their unique needs and help them develop the tools and skills necessary to overcome their struggles and cultivate their strengths. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder or other mental health issues, I am here to support you on your journey to recovery and help you achieve a quality of life that feels good to you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I completely understand the need for a safe space where you can be heard without judgment and with compassion. I want to provide that for you while slowly challenging unhelpful patterns that may be arising in your day-to-day life. I work from a lens of empowerment and clarity to assist you with utilizing this space for what feels most prominent. This may include peeling back the layers of your experiences, allowing space for and practicing holding painful emotions (grief, sadness, anxiety, anger), building upon and learning new skills, cultivating your strengths, and offering space for vulnerability.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
