Hi there, I'm Natalie! If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in old relationship patterns, or simply exhausted by the daily grind, you don't have to figure it out alone. I love helping people discover more peace and connection in their lives as well as create a healthy work-life balance. My focus I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply ready for a change. I especially enjoy working with women navigating relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, and eating disorders. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to feel more confident and in control of your life. My approach I use CBT as a core part of my practice to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep them stuck. I find it especially effective because it gives clients practical, real-world tools they can use long after our sessions end. I enjoy working with a diverse population in a very non-judgmental way. My communication style I’m warm, easy to talk to, and straightforward. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly without judgment. I’ll listen, ask questions, and offer honest feedback when it’s helpful. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel understood and supported. That led me to a career in mental health, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with people through many different challenges. I love connecting with people and helping them create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. My goals for you I start by understanding what you want to change and what may be getting in the way. Together, we’ll set realistic goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you make meaningful changes. We’ll adjust our approach as needed along the way.
