What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe everyone has a story to share and I want to be a part of that journey in helping others better understand themselves through growth and healing. I view it as an honor and privilege to get to assist others in better understanding themselves and the world that surrounds them. My goal is to help others heal wounds that may be impacting them to move forward and learning strategies to have an overall better functioning/outlook in life. Through a strength-based approach, I like to work on building people's strengths, self worth, and self acceptance. I believe It starts from within in order to give back. My great passion is to help others navigate challenges through different forms of grief and loss, whether from death, loss of a relationship, change in identity, among others. As a bilingual, bicultural, Latina therapist, I am familiar with the challenges of navigating two (or more) cultures, languages, customs, etc within the household and in society. I am passionate about helping others better understand themselves and enjoy the work that I do. I welcome the opportunity to walk with clients in their life's journey.
