I work with adults and adolescents who are seeking relief and understanding of what underlies their anxieties, depression, and/or any feelings of powerlessness, in an empathetic and judgment-free environment. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work involves, but is not limited to, helping clients understand and overcome barriers in all areas of life including, unhealthy relationships, situations, difficulty with achieving goals, and/or feeling unhappy or dissatisfied in any circumstance. The practice will send you an email to complete intake via Simple Practice. The Intake form must be filled out completely prior to your appointment and a credit card must be provided as per the practice’s cancellation policy (cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the appointment). Also, there are no psychiatrists or other providers who prescribe medications at this practice.
