Getting to know Natalie Sidbury

Hi, I'm Natalie! Are you ready to live a more fulfilling life without being held back by low self-esteem, anxiety, disorganization, or imposter syndrome? With a dedication to the betterment of mental health and a wealth of experience, I am a licensed therapist serving the communities of Maryland and Washington D.C. I earned my Master's in Social Work from The Catholic University of America, which laid the foundation for my commitment to meaningful therapeutic work. For over six years, I served as a foster care social worker and social work supervisor, providing essential support to vulnerable individuals and families navigating challenging circumstances. This experience not only honed my interpersonal skills but also instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and understanding. Transitioning into the role of a therapist, I've spent over three years offering therapeutic guidance to individuals of all ages. My expertise extends to addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and anxiety. I firmly believe that each individual's journey to healing is unique, and I am here to provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their path to wellness. My mission as a therapist is to empower my clients to unlock their inner strength, resilience, and growth potential. I am dedicated to fostering a sense of hope and facilitating transformative change in the lives of those I have the privilege to work with. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am here to walk beside you on this journey toward healing and self-discovery. Together, we can navigate the challenges, find solutions, and embrace the brighter, healthier future that awaits us. Reach out today to embark on a path to positive change, and let's begin this healing journey together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want to take a moment to express my dedication to helping you achieve your therapeutic goals. As your therapist, I am committed to providing you with a supportive and goal-oriented environment. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and motivation. I genuinely care about your well-being and am here to support you on your journey toward personal growth and healing. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and create a roadmap to achieve them. I believe that every individual has the potential to make positive changes in their life, and I am here to empower and guide you throughout this process. Your progress and success are my top priorities. I can be a good companion for a longer journey or we can do intensive work regarding a specific issue such as divorce, job loss, low self-esteem or any other significant life change.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
