Counseling sessions are centered on leaning into your felt, present-centered experience, while engaging with what arises in compassionate and transformative ways. All sessions, regardless of focus, are conducted in a non-pathologizing framework. You will develop tools to access your innate wisdom in navigating life's challenges. Depending on need, this work may integrate Mindfulness-Based CBT, Somatic Psychology, IFT, and Gestalt. Some central themes in this work may include: * Learning ways to work with intense emotions, stress and anxiety, and in the spirit of alchemy, transforming these challenging experiences into greater insight and aliveness * Unknotting the habit patterns that create suffering while learning to act from a place of greater freedom and spontaneity * Living a life that integrates all facets of our humanity, from mundane to sublime
