Natasha Hass, LMFT

Natasha Hass, LMFT

Psychotherapist
FL
I look through a psychodynamic lens (past relationships, patterns, parental attachments) to help the client navigate current life struggles or challenges. My approach In a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental environment, I invite the client to work through these life challenges that may render them "stuck" and gain new insight and awareness. Together we can write a new narrative that promotes a more productive and satisfying here and now. My focus Adults, adolescents, and children struggling with anxiety and depression. I offer help in transitional phases of your life (work, divorce, sexuality and gender, school, etc.) My communication style No pressure. We will start by just getting a sense of one another. In a safe and trusting space, the client can share what brought them to therapy. Then the client will decide if we are a good fit for each other. From there, we can begin to explore and unpack that which renders the client "stuck" My journey to mental healthcare Like most, my journey as a therapist began with a desire to help. Through my own struggles and challenges, in my own therapy, I discovered the need to help others break the stigma of mental health and help to normalize what it means to seek help. My goals for you We work as a team. Ultimately, the client is the "expert" of their life. I help facilitate the client's own discovery of their strengths to conquer challenges. Throughout our journey, we may discover new challenges that, together, we will also address. My first session with you First session is very relaxed. I do not have an agenda. I believe the client brings whatever they need into the room. We go from there. No judgment, just a safe space. From there, the client can decide if we are a good fit.
