Getting to know Natasha Jeswani

Spirituality and Eastern philosophy inform and inspire my worldview and way of working. I believe in the infinite potential of each being, as well as the interconnection or oneness of all beings. I have been guided repeatedly to my body as a source of knowing, wisdom, and truth. I am nourished by spending time in nature, sitting in meditation, and finding and enjoying loving community. How I work: A fundamental cause of ?dis-ease? is disconnection?whether from self, loved ones, or one's own source and power. Often, this disconnection is also rooted in a disconnection from the body. My work stems from the principle that the body, mind, and spirit are interwoven. Being whole and healthy involves allowing all parts of our experience to be valid and alive. I view therapy as a collaborative process where I support you in connecting with your present-moment experience to facilitate insight and transformation. Our work together will often involve body awareness and mindfulness?a noticing of your present-moment experience. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and experiential therapy techniques to support you in accessing spaciousness, moving through challenges, finding clarity, and experiencing greater ease. Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology | University of California, Berkeley Master of Social Work | Smith College School for Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker, California #100907

Thank you Natasha! To put it shortly, she is the best therapist I’ve ever had! Feeling lucky that she helped me learn how to trust myself more and accept feelings as they come, even when it’s overwhelming or not what I would rather have happening. In learning to accept big sad emotions, I’ve gotten better at accepting the big happy ones too :) I appreciate all the wisdom she shared and the small insights I learned about her life were so inspiring and really made me feel like I was in good hands. So flexible, accommodating, and kind. Thank you again!!!
Natasha is one of the most generous, warm, patient and kind therapists that I have ever had, and I have been in therapy for ten years now. Highly recommend working with her if you have a chance. She’s especially great with navigating body awareness and managing physical responses to your emotions.
Wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Natasha made me feel so heard, I feel grateful for her patience and effort with me. I highly recommend Natasha for those who are highly sensitive.
I have seen Natasha for the last year and have learned so much from our sessions! She utilizes both active listening and exercises to guide her patients through issues they may be facing. I highly recommend Natasha as a therapist, she’s amazing at what she does!
I spent one year seeing Natasha and I learned so much from our sessions. She is an amazing therapist who utilizes both active listening and exercises to guide her clients through issues they may be facing. I would highly recommend Natasha as a therapist.
I am able to meet through virtual meeting, which has been amazing for my schedule. Natasha is always really accommodating about time and scheduling. I was looking desperately for a therapist for about a year before I met Natasha. My work with her has been so important, in all areas of my life. Interpersonal relationships and work life balance. We have worked on so many healthy coping strategies, and learning more about my own mind and body. I was able to find someone like Natasha who can help me work on the areas of my life through talking and processing. I have also been able to implement calming exercise into my routine which we all need in my opinion.
