Nathalie received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. She does not believe in cookie-cutter treatment and instead provides support, encouragement, and empowerment as clients work through their journey. Nathalie has training in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based methods. Nathalie works hard in the first sessions to ensure that you are heard and understood and determine whether she is the right fit. She creates goals with her clients, not for her clients.
