My name is Neha, and I use she/her pronouns. I have been practicing as a therapist for the past four years and am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences of immigration and adapting to a new culture. Growing up in a community-oriented country, I deeply valued the sense of connection and belonging that surrounded me. After moving to the United States, I became more aware of how meaningful those connections can be and was inspired to create that same sense of support and understanding for others. This experience continues to guide my work as I strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth. In my free time I like to go on hikes, try the newest Matcha spot in town, and learn different languages.
