Whether you are dealing with anxiety, questions of identity, relational issues, trauma, or are transitioning into a new phase of life, sometimes life demands more of us than we know how to give. If this is where you are today, I commend your courage for seeking help. Where you are at today is not where you need to remain. I will meet you where you're at, and work with you to find meaning, solutions, and next steps in your life and relationships. My approach I will work with you to create specific goals, where we will seek to create solutions and coping skills. We will explore the systems you live within and the roles you take on. We will explore the various parts of who you are, and move towards a more harmonious functioning between these parts. We will look to create meaning and lasting emotional and behavioral change so you can live more authentically and more fulfilled. In technical jargon, I will utilize relational and attachment evidence-based modalities including: existential; systemic; internal family systems; solution-focused, and humanitic therapies to optimally work towards your specific goals. The modalities I specifically use most often with you will depend on your specific wants and needs, and I am happy to discuss this further with you! My focus I have an extensive background working with a variety of clients, but I primarily work with individual adults dealing with life transitions, trauma, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Finding and living your authentic self in the aftermath of trauma, following a life transition, or when you're a member of a marginalized group can be overwhelming and disorienting. We will work to reclaim yourself, healthy relationships, and a greater sense of self. We will walk through your grief and pain together, unpack your values, and move towards being a more empowered whole you.
