Hi there, I'm Nichole-Danielle! Oh hey! I am so glad I get to share with you! If I had to describe myself in 3 words, I would choose Energetic, Empathetic, and Hilarious (yes, that's my opinion). I hope to get to assist you in working through what has brought you here. You don't have to do it alone, and I would love to be a part of your healing journey. I hope to see you soon! My focus Growing up in the military, I have a passion for serving those who serve. I have shared in aspects of this unique lifestyle, and know the difficulties it can bring. I am also a proud support/safe place of those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a strong background in working with children, families, couples, and individuals with a variety of needs. My approach When working with clients, my approach is tailored to each individual. Listening to what brings a client in, and then exploring the deeper aspects that they have experienced, I am able to develop a plan of action best suited to their needs. Teaching skills, sharing insights, and taking things one thing at a time, we can overcome life's challenges. My communication style Like in most aspects of life, I love to make things fun (especially the difficult parts). Coming to therapy is difficult. I make it my goal to create a relaxed and fun environment, that gives a sense of friendship. Empathy is one of my strengths, and this allows me to know when someone needs to just cry, or if they need 10 minutes of "dad" jokes. My journey to mental healthcare Life has brought me, like so many others, challenges to face. It has always been a calling of mine to help others and support them in any way I could. I chose to continue this venture, and obtain an education that would allow me to serve populations close to my heart. I love to see people heal and discover a sense of peace within themselves.
