In her experience, Nicole has used various approaches such as solution focused, motivational interviewing, faithbased approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive therapy, and traumainformed care. There is transformation that happens as people find their own inner resources that bring comfort and peace. Hard times provide us the opportunity for growth. As we grow, there is a natural healing that occurs that brings forth positive changes and improved overall health. Nicole invites you to work together to get you on the path to healthy living and wholeness. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys roller skating, nature walks, and spending quality time with her pup.
