Nicki believes that learning to safely understand and label your feelings is the first step toward breaking those painful cycles, building healthier boundaries, and feeling truly secure in who you are and how you love. Nicki enjoys working with teens and young adults who are navigating these exact crossroads. To support her clients, she brings a collaborative, integrative approach to her sessions, drawing from Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Child Work, and Mindfulness practices. Born and raised in California, Nicki finds her own peace near the ocean, playing volleyball, and making memories with her family and friends. Nicki strives to create a therapeutic space that is safe, real, and deeply human. Nicki brings warmth, a bit of humor, and zero judgment to her work so clients can feel comfortable opening up at their own pace. She firmly believes that healing is absolutely possible for you.
