Getting to know Nicole Ellen
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I hold a Master's in Human Services from Liberty University. I've been in the mental health field for the past 20 years in all capacities-from community mental health to running a private practice, teaching first responders, and leading a team of 300 clinicians nationwide. Out of all of that, what I love most is the face-to-face experience I get with my clients. There is nothing that compares to being a part of your journey and helping you heal, find health, and create peace and consistency in your life. Regardless of where you are, you can change your course, straighten your path, or just remove a few rocks from the road, and I would love to help you on your journey.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
