All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I believe in treating the ?whole? person and include modalities to help support the mental, emotional, and physical parts to bring balance and healing into their life. I have a special interest in trauma, anxiety, depression, behavior issues in children, domestic violence, and women's issues. I believe that healing comes through creating a safe, empathic, and nurturing space to talk about and express feelings. Utilizing a variety of techniques and interventions tailored to a client's needs, I am trauma-focused, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I believe in helping my clients recognize and celebrate their strengths to improve their mindset and everyday life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, we also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visit are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
