Maybe your mind feels like it never shuts off—overthinking, worrying, or constantly feeling on edge. Or maybe it’s the opposite... feeling low, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself in a way that’s hard to explain. Some days feel heavy, and even simple things take more effort than they used to. You may also be carrying grief—whether from a loss, a life change, or something that didn’t turn out the way you hoped. At the same time, work stress or burnout might be adding another layer, leaving you feeling emotionally drained and stretched thin.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily work with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. My approach is warm, honest/direct, and collaborative. I focus on helping you understand what’s driving your thoughts and emotional responses, while building tools you can actually use in your everyday life to help alleviate some of that stress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know ecah other and what’s been weighing on you, what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to feel different. There’s no pressure to share everything at once or find the “right” words. We’ll talk through what you’ve been experiencing, whether that’s anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, or feeling overwhelmed, and I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and what support might look like for you.
