I have extensive knowledge of trauma-informed care, and will validate, be non-judgmental, supportive, and brainstorm new ideas with you during the course of therapy. I am not afraid of research so if we come across something new, I will research it! When I'm not counseling, I enjoy crochet, gardening, video games, reading, and spending time with my husband, son, and 9 cats.
