Hi there, I'm Nicole! Hello, my name is Nicole Palow. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 18 years of experience in the state of Florida. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. There are times in all of our lives when we experience challenging emotional situations. When these moments arise, we can benefit from the support of someone outside our inner circle. Whether you are struggling with a crisis or change in your life, or even if you are just feeling mildly upset, it can take a toll on your well-being. Everyone can benefit from psychotherapy. No problem is too minor, severe, or unusual to be explored and healed. I approach my clients with care so that together we can build a plan to help them achieve their goals. My approach As a solution-focused behavioral therapist with many years of experience, I will assist you on a positive path to personal growth, empowerment, and well-being. My intention is to provide treatment that identifies the problem and then quickly applies strategies to bring success to the individual or family.
