UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I believe that every person deserves a space where they can speak openly and honestly while exploring the challenges, core beliefs, and vulnerabilities that keep them stuck or in a place of emotional discomfort. I place an emphasis on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and establishing trust to help you reach your individualized goals. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. My training and success include working with individuals whose mental health issues may be long-standing, as well as those struggling with persistent, unresolved challenges such as anxiety, unrelieved depression, fears that overshadow you, a sense of meaninglessness, ongoing relationship conflicts, and painful memories of trauma and loss.
