I believe that every person deserves a space where they can speak openly and honestly while exploring the challenges, core beliefs, and vulnerabilities that keep them stuck or in a place of emotional discomfort. I place an emphasis on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and establishing trust to help you reach your individualized goals. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. My training and success include working with individuals whose mental health issues may be long-standing, as well as those struggling with persistent, unresolved challenges such as anxiety, unrelieved depression, fears that overshadow you, a sense of meaninglessness, ongoing relationship conflicts, and painful memories of trauma and loss.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
