I have a master's in social work from Capella University. I have six years of experience working with young adults diagnosed with a severe mental illness at a residential treatment facility. The modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social worker associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. Outside of work, I love learning. I enjoy learning how cook new types of food, about new modalities, and being in the outdoors in my spare time"
