I empower clients to experience the best version of their relationships, support them through family transitions, and assist parents in becoming the caregivers they aspire to be. These goals are achieved through a variety of methods, including individual therapy, pregnant and postpartum support, couples therapy, parenting support, family therapy, and premarital counseling. Navigating the nuances of family life can be extremely challenging, which is why I take a client-centered and unique approach with each person I have the honor of walking alongside on their journey. I specialize in working with clients navigating the challenges of early family life, such as pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, relationship distress, parents seeking to parent differently than they experienced growing up, families facing behavioral difficulties with their children, and more. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver and completed my training in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Denver Family Institute. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Baylor University. These educational experiences have equipped me to provide compassionate, informed support tailored to each family's unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically, I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation call to ensure a good fit and that I have the tools to provide the type of therapy you seek. Next, we will have our first therapy session where we discuss your reason for seeking support as well as pertinent background information. From there, clients typically see me for therapy sessions once per week or every other week depending on their needs. Treatment is based on overall goals decided collaboratively between the client(s) and myself.
