Hello, I'm Nicole. Do you feel overwhelmed, pushing others away though lonelier than ever, constantly in survival mode, beating yourself up, missing your old self, or trying harder but still feeling worse?
I empower you to renew confidence, heal your true self, and gain effective coping skills to thrive in life instead of simply survive. I integrate trauma interventions, changing negative beliefs, spirituality as preferred, and teaching effective coping skills to help you feel your best.
Seeking therapy can be scary, but I am here to help you grow into your healthiest self. You have found a safe place to be yourself and feel the acceptance you deserve. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based interventions to overcome barriers to your true self.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. I look forward to working with you.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
