Hi there, I'm Nicole! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 9 years of experience providing compassionate care across clinics, hospitals, and diverse community setting in Los Angeles. My focus I have a history of working with children, juveniles, and adults. Currently, I primarily work with adults with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use. Together, we will identify coping skills that help with daily everyday life. My approach Together, we will actively work side by side to identify your strengths, navigate challenges, and build practical strategies to help you reach your goals. My communication style I am an open minded, warm, and positive person. As your therapist, we will collaborative and work together to reach your goals. My journey to mental healthcare After undergraduate school, I was a case worker. I was helping children and families on the surface by providing community resources. But I wanted to help them further by helping them identify challenges and barriers by helping them find solutions. This sparked my interest of attending Graduate School to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. My goals for you I offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focus therapy. Together, we can set goals, discuss challenges, identify barriers, look at motivation, and review progress. Our first session During the first sessions, we will be conducting a psychosocial intake and be building rapport. We will address the goals of therapy and the therapeutic framework as we work together to meet your goals.
