Hi. I'm Nicole Roberts. I've been a therapist for 14 years, and this is my second career. I often find myself working with people in significant and subtle transitions in their lives. Typically, people who have checked all the boxes for what was supposed to fulfill them, but find essential things missing from their lives. This usually shows up in the forms of trauma, anxiety, stress, as well as grief and loss. I know several approaches to therapy, and I don't believe any one of them can unilaterally address what's happening with an individual. I feel it's my job to deeply understand my client's stuck points and their goals for therapy and support, and challenge them to work toward those goals.
