In running, cadence is the key to speed, efficiency, and staying free of injury and pain. In the counseling room, I aim to help my clients find their Perfect Cadence for life: learning to manage difficult emotions, build healthy relationships, and eliminate behaviors that keep causing them pain. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, body image issues, and those facing life transitions. I am social justice, and LGBTQIA+ allied and I operate from a body-positive/Health at Every Size perspective. I am an EMDR-trained provider, but also utilize a variety of other therapy techniques, flexing to fit the individual needs of each of my clients. I will meet you with compassion, warmth, and humor.
