Nicole Shepherd is a licensed professional counselor who works to cultivate a warm and goal-focused relationship with her clients. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College. Since 2012, Nicole has worked as a therapist in a variety of residential and outpatient settings, serving individuals with severe and persistent mental health needs. She has a passion for supporting those 13 and older who struggle with school and work stress, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, autistic adults adjusting to the challenges of adulthood, and individuals with a history of spiritual abuse. Nicole utilizes a trauma-informed approach and has advanced training in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR.
