I work with adolescents and adults of all ages, specializing in substance abuse and dependence, stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. My approach My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to the specific needs of my clients. I most often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help understand clients' emotions and thoughts. My focus I typically work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am most comfortable treating adolescents and adults via telehealth, as it serves as a successful platform to support client needs. As a non-traditional student with many life experiences, I chose an education in substance abuse and addiction, eventually becoming a therapist.
