Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. Reaching out for professional support is a sign of self-awareness and readiness for change. I understand that finding your first therapist or a new therapist can be a bit nerve-wracking.
I am not a ‘One Size Fits All’ type of therapist. It is not my role to pass judgment or tell you how to live your life. Instead, I assist you in identifying your strengths and targeting your goals. Together, we will develop the skills and knowledge to help you manage life’s stressors.
Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed in your daily life, struggling to regulate emotions, experiencing conflict in relationships, suffering a loss, or facing general life changes. Many people also deal with chronic health issues that involve both physical and emotional symptoms.
As an LCSW, educator, and qualified supervisor with over 10 years of experience, I have helped individuals find happiness and peace. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Leo University. I offer an individualized and collaborative approach to assist you in managing maladaptive behaviors, depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms, low self-image, or grief—all within a comfortable and convenient virtual environment.
I work with individuals of all ages, races, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I treat anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, eating disorders, emotional and family conflicts, grief and loss, professional dilemmas, PTSD, and more. I also specialize in coping with pain, fatigue, insomnia, and chronic illnesses including chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, and fibromyalgia.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Great therapist! I have only had one session with Dr. Tedesco so far but she is very kind, patient and understanding. I was at my wits end and started to believe I would never find the right therapist (3rd times the charm I guess!), but ! feel very relieved now and I think that she is a great fit for the needs I am trying to address.
