“I had reservations about couples therapy, because I wasn’t confident I could choose a therapist that would be open minded, fair honest and down to earth from a pic and a bio on a website; however after just one session I think we are going to be alright! Nicolle was punctual, inviting, professional while providing a comfortable space. I can tell she is witty and will be able to handle my partner and I with skill and passion. I’m excited to see where this goes.”

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Considering this was my first session, Mrs. Nicolle was very welcoming, given it was 7am and I shared some traumatic things with her. She allowed me to speak but also asked questions. I feel that she is open-minded and willing to help me to find my identity.
