Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. My approach combines practical tools with deeper emotional work. I draw from AEDP, CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques to help clients not only cope with symptoms, but also understand themselves on a deeper level and create meaningful, lasting change. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
