Omg...I can't say enough about Nila. I was in a very very dark place and she was so welcoming and understanding. She listened thoroughly, gave me work prompts, journal prompts to help me manage through my issues. She's excellent at not letting you sulk in your feelings she helps you work through them. We've had plenty laughs, giggle and also tears. She was God sent. ??
