I was contacted by the doctor’s office to complete paperwork and to confirm my appointment, both of which I completed. At the time of the visit, I waited 20 minutes, the doctor never showed up, I was never contacted to reschedule this visit or notified that the doctor would be unable to keep this appointment. My doctor was a no show.
