Getting to know Niralli D'Costa
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Other areas of specialization include grief and loss, chronic illness, sexual abuse. My work is LGBTQIA affirmative. I support people in various forms of relationship and enjoy working with couples. Hello! I am a mind/body/spirit integrative psychotherapist. I work with clients using a variety of tools including body oriented mindfulness to increase awareness of their inner life, develop self compassion, and open to new ways navigating life and relationships. I am a lifelong practitioner of yoga and meditation, and was a bodyworker and energy healer for 10 years before earning my Master's Degree in Somatic Psychology. I've been licensed as a marriage and family therapist for 11 years and practicing as a therapist for 15 years.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
