Nishan Warren, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
Hi there, I'm Nishan! My name is Nishan Warren, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) based in Bradenton, Florida, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Walden University. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. My approach My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each person I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as both modalities help me and the client build a shared understanding of their concerns and allow us to define and determine meaning within their lives. My focus I work with adults ages 18 to 99 who find it difficult to manage their challenges in a fulfilling manner. Many of these challenges involve anxiety, depression, stress, and eating disorders. I also help my clients navigate difficult situations while teaching them helpful tools to improve their quality of life. My communication style My communication style is relaxing, eager to help, and engaging. I want my clients to feel safe and secure while talking with me about anything. My journey to mental healthcare I decided to become a therapist because I wanted to encourage others to meet their goals. I have always wanted to help people through difficult times. I enjoy seeing others thrive and make positive choices to improve their lives.
