What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer individual therapy for adults across Texas using HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology. In our first session we talk about why you sought counseling and might identify an initial goal. From there we work on a plan and get an idea of how many sessions therapy might be. You can have multiple goals, change goals if you choose, or stop therapy when you feel ready.
