I am a seasoned Bilingual Licensed mental health therapist, specializing in the area of children and youth, family dynamics and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, difficult transitions, parenting difficulties, behavior problems, among others. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida with over 14 years of professional experience, helping clients with trauma, stress, and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and attachment issues, among other life difficulties. I believe that others are experts of their own story, and that people have the strengths that will assist them in overcoming these challenges. As a therapist I am there to support and empower others in their journey. I am an English/Spanish bilingual therapist with extensive experience working with different cultures and backgrounds. I have worked in many settings including community mental health programs, schools, therapeutic foster care, and residential, providing individual, group and family therapy. Apart from providing evidence-based approaches like CBT, solution focused, mindfulness, and TBRI, I love to use art, humor, play therapy and creativity when working with clients.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
