Hi there, I'm Kyree! I work primarily with teens, adults, and couples. I have experience in private practice, non-profits, and government, giving me real-life insights beyond therapy alone. I have been a family court mediator, helping divorcing families navigate parenting and custody issues. I specialize in relationship issues, dual diagnosis, co-dependency and addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, and serving the LGBTQI community. With 30+ years in practice, I bring both breadth of experience and depth of compassion to help through life’s most painful changes. I am intuitive and spiritually oriented. I earned my Master’s in Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology. My approach I see myself as a guide, helping clients move toward self-discovery by developing a strong, healthy sense of self through exploring feelings. I am curious and ask many questions. I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs, aiming to assist you on your journey. My work is client-centered and compassion-focused. Modalities I use include Couples Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Grief Therapy, Holistic, Interpersonal, Mindfulness-Based, Psychodynamic, and Relational. My focus Clients come to therapy motivated to change, which I find exciting. I love assisting in self-exploration and growth.
