I approach my clients therapeutically, aiming to help them reach their full potential. Our sessions are held in a non-judgmental atmosphere, with the client leading the discussion. I have the ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches, which have been proven effective through extensive research and science. I began my career working in substance abuse and homelessness. Life can be intimidating. It is helpful to have someone to process daily stressors and feelings associated with those life experiences we all go through.
