Getting to know Olivia Beach
I believe that healing starts with feeling safe, heard, and accepted. I work with children, teens, and adults as they navigate trauma, life transitions, and serious mental health challenges, offering support that is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to each person.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also bring in mindfulness, kindness, and accountability to help clients build insight and resilience.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and have experience in the nonprofit sector supporting individuals and families through complex life experiences. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence and care.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
