I am here to share my expertise in diverse modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Processing, Interpersonal Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with inclusion to your cultural background and environmental needs. My approach My approach is always strength-based and client-centered. No one therapeutic modality fits all. I believe laughter, a foundation of trust and true connection, is key to a strong therapeutic relationship. My focus I’ve worked in community mental health for most of my career as a therapist and in leadership positions. I have a special place in my heart for youth, young adults, single parents, and new leaders. I’m most comfortable working with folks dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Parenting Issues, Work Stress, Relationship Issues, and Family Dynamics. My communication style Being an active listener is my strength. But that doesn’t mean I won’t challenge those negative beliefs and long-held narratives. I like to keep it real while helping you to explore deeper to help you process through your stuff. I will always hold a calm, non-judgmental, and safe space for anyone I work with. I’m truly interested in people’s stories, learning about their journeys, and helping folks grow into a fulfilling life. Intentional language is important to me.
