I have lived experience, and I'm professional but down to earth. I'm upbeat and I take a solution-focused approach to treating problems. I also mix in some Cognitive Behavioral strategies to help you recognize your strengths. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and an Ohio University alum, I bring both my professional expertise and personal understanding to our sessions.
I specialize in a range of areas including anxiety, autism spectrum support, depression, developmental disabilities, family relationships, grief/bereavement, learning disorders, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, stress, addiction, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger management, intimate/romantic relationships, and spirituality. My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address whatever challenges you're facing.
