Getting to know Ona Ramsey

I am thankful to be a therapist and have enjoyed this work since starting the profession in 2008. I earned my Master's in Social Work from New Mexico State University, which provided a strong foundation for my career. I have worked with the military, giving me the opportunity to support individuals and families from various cultures and backgrounds. This diversity has allowed me to practice different approaches, including individual, couple, and group therapy. I believe the most helpful aspect of any therapy is building a positive relationship with clients.
