I am a DBT practitioner with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I approach each session with curiosity to confidently assess symptoms, establish treatment goals, and share in a team dynamic. I use a feedback-informed approach to identify treatment direction and goals. As a Level 3 DBT provider, I treat teens and adults with Borderline Personality Disorder and those struggling to regulate intense emotions; self-harm; intense relationships; suicidality; depressed mood; and negative thinking. As a certified trauma therapist, I also support teens and adults in overcoming trauma symptoms through trauma-based processing, including trauma narrations. We are social beings, and mental health is a social process. I invite you to engage in the process of therapy to help improve the relationship between yourself, things, and others.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

He kept saying my name which made it seem like he was pretending to listen but not actually listening, which may have been the case because he kept getting little things I told him wildly wrong. Seemed set on a 8-12 week treatment plan, even after I told him that’s definitely not what I was looking for. Seemed super super knowledgeable though!
