Getting to know Paige Keefe

I may begin offering in-person sessions in downtown Boston in the near future. If you are interested in in-person services at this location, please feel free to reach out. I will follow up with you to coordinate availability. Please inquire via psychology today. My work focuses on helping people who are overcommitting, experiencing guilt when saying no, and prioritizing others over themselves. Many of my clients are navigating worries about disappointing people. In sessions, I focus on helping clients identify and stay with their own needs instead of defaulting to others. If saying no feels impossible, you’re constantly overthinking how others feel, and you’re exhausted from trying to keep everything together, we’ll work on helping you finally take up space in your own life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
