Getting to know Pam Grant

Hi, my name is Pam. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Looking for a new type of therapy? ART is a new treatment for phobia's and other trauma events and can be fun. Let's be real: Nobody signs up for therapy because they're dying to rehash their whole life story while staring at a ceiling fan. That's why I'm all about ART getting results without the heavy lift of traditional talk sessions. Here's the gist: we use bi-lateral movements and guided imagery to help your brain gently rewrite sticky memories. No? deep dives. No pressure. Just you, me, and your brain! As a dedicated mental health professional, I specialize in providing tailored therapeutic services to young adult females navigating life's challenges. Drawing upon evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I collaborate with my clients to develop the skills and insights necessary for personal growth and healing. My compassionate and empathetic approach fosters a safe environment where you can explore their emotions, build resilience, and create positive, lasting change in your life. I very much look forward to working with you. See you soon!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
