Getting to know Pam Grant

I'm a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, specializing in women's wellness and college student support. Early in life, I was drawn to this work after navigating my own personal growth during college, which gave me a deep empathy for young adults facing uncertainty. I bring a steady, compassionate presence, blending straightforward guidance with deep relational understanding. My approach is rooted in trust-I take time to build a safe, collaborative space, especially with women and students who often feel unheard in their academic or personal journeys. By integrating trauma-focused modalities like ART, EMDR, somatic therapy, ACT and DBT, I help my clients understand themselves on a deeper level. The result is not just relief from symptoms, but a lasting sense of confidence, self-empowerment, and stronger, healthier relationships that make a real difference in their lives.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
