Getting to know Pamela M. Barnett

At times, everyone struggles and feels overwhelmed by challenging events—past or present—confusing feelings, and painful thoughts. It is helpful to have a confidential, objective, and experienced guide to sort through all this. I understand your cares and struggles. Those things you feel you lost in childhood, your teen years, and even now can be replaced. You can see everything differently and live the rest of your life with a new perspective—loving yourself like you never have before. You are worth it; you deserve it. This is a shared journey toward healing and creating your best life. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Argosy University, Atlanta, which equips me to support you through this process with compassion and expertise.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During your first session, you will feel the weight of your issue no longer exists. Your perspective will change on how you once viewed the issue as well as yourself.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
